Ping Pong dim sum is a London-based chain of restaurants that launched in 2005.

Kurt Zdesar, formerly of Nobu, had the idea to launch a mainstream dim sum concept that we tailored for people who might be a little bored with sushi, pizza, burgers or noodles or who doesnt want to spend the time in a regular restaurant.

I developed a brand idea together with Jane Stringfellow and then worked closely with Kurt and architect David Marqhardt to design and implement a customer experience that fullt integrates a brand and service concept.
